Student volunteers

Student volunteers receive reduced registration costs in exchange for assisting with various parts of the meeting. At a minimum, we anticipate asking each volunteer to work for 6 hours over the course of the meeting, though depending on the number of students interested there may be additional work available, which could further reduce registration costs.

For the purposes of this opportunity, “student” includes anyone who is currently a student at any stage (from middle school to PhD), as well as anyone who is attending the meeting to present work they did as a student but has since graduated. 

PLEASE NOTE: Students who apply for the opportunity to volunteer should not register for the conference until they have been notified whether or not they have been selected as a volunteer. A discount code will be provided to use during the checkout process for volunteers, so please wait to register until after notification. This will occur prior to the end of early bird registration deadline. The final registration price for student volunteers will be $285.
