Student volunteers

Student volunteers receive reduced registration costs in exchange for assisting with various parts of the meeting. At a minimum, we anticipate asking each volunteer to work for 6 hours over the course of the meeting, though depending on the number of students interested there may be additional work available, which could further reduce registration costs.

For the purposes of this opportunity, “student” includes anyone who is currently a student at any stage (from middle school to PhD), as well as anyone who is attending the meeting to present work they did as a student but has since graduated.
