REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Registration grants you access to the full scientific program as well as the opening and closing banquets. Early Bird discounts run until May 31, and if you’re a member of AFO or WOS, prices drop even more.

Please bear in mind that workshop registration is done through a separate link, as well as on-campus housing.

If you need to register and then pay by check after receiving an invoice, please use the code “PAYMENTDUEBYCHECK” at checkout and within two business days you will receive an invoice via email from WOS Treasurer Medhavi Ambardar.

Merch

Conference t-shirts and merch are already available to purchase via Bonfire! There are currently 9 different products available with the conference logo (and in different colors!), including unisex and women’s sizing, plus youth; short sleeve, long sleeve, sweatshirts, etc. 

IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION:

T-shirts and merch will be shipped to your address, and NOT available to pick up at the conference venue.

Bonfire is a merch platform, from where you can get the conference merch on demand. The platform arranges the orders in “campaigns”, set to 10 days in this case. After 10 days, Bonfire collects all orders and processes them, shipping them to the purchasers. Then it starts a new 10-day campaign.

In short, this means that you can order and receive your merch well before and after the conference, but there will not be any merch available to be purchased during the conference.
